Here at Providence Construction, our family business is headed by our head builder Phil, who runs a tight and friendly ship when handling your construction. With 75 years of combined experience as licensed building practitioners, we specialise in finding the most cost-effective and intelligent solutions for your specific build or renovation. We have a hardy “can-do” attitude and will see you through your building needs from the initial assessment all the way through to building completion, offering sound advice and support throughout the process.

We don’t like confusion when it comes to cost, we all know that house builds and renovations can get expensive but nothing should come as a surprise. Once we have assessed your building needs, we can deliver a clear, completely transparent and ‘no frills’ estimates so that you know with confidence how much your build is likely to cost. We offer estimated project costs for renovations, large builds and extensions but also offer a fixed price contracts for new builds. Whatever your project scope is, you can rest assured that you will not be blindsided by unforeseen expenses that you were not prepared for as these will be brought to your attention as soon as noticed.
