Communication
Providence Construction Ltd consider communication is the key for any building process to run smoothly and ensures client satisfaction. You will have direct access to Phil who is our Project Supervisor, and of course myself Tina Director of the company. We love to connect weekly with our clients, and these meetings will be with Phil and your assigned Foreman, where we update you on the progress of your build and is an opportunity for you to ask questions.
Quality
Providence Construction Ltd guarantee that all sub-contractors and builders are qualified tradespersons with a keen eye for detail and quality of work. Throughout the process of any New Build/renovation that all trades must adhere to our Quality Assurance Standards Checklist, something Tina is very proud of, as we go over and beyond the national standards. If at any time you have any concerns or are unsure of something, we are happy to discuss with you, and make right if needed.
Budget
We run an open book policy, and we will provide you with weekly updates from our build a price software on how things are tracking on your project, based on our original estimate. We realize that things can change during the build process, so any variations to the original plans along the way will be submitted to you for approval and sign off prior to work being commenced, these will be invoiced on completion during the build process, so no nasty surprises at the end of your build/renovation.
Completion
At the end of your successful completion of your project you will receive all copies of all inspection records, along with warranties and guarantees on all products and fittings in your home. These will come from us, and all our sub contractors and building professionals involved in your project. We will work side by side with you to have your Code of Compliance Certificate issued from council which will mean you have all the information in one handy pack.
Respect
We guarantee to have respect for you and your home during the build process, and ask all our builders and sub trades to have the same respect when on site “treat this as you would expect to be treated if this was your home being built”. We ask our builders to ensure they leave a clean site daily with a full clean on Friday afternoon
